The association was formed in 2026 and owns the building at Huvudstagatan 20, set straight onto the granite bedrock of Solna. We are a small association with a short distance between residents and the board. Most things get sorted between neighbours, and what cannot be settled in the stairwell goes to the general meeting.

Rune Presented the financial situation of the Brf relevant when we are taking over. Three scenarios were presented to improve the financial situation of the Brf. There was agreement to have a vote on the preferred scenarios in the next meeting which is called for Wednesday 14th of October. Please join all.
